Yes, Big Dee's Tack ships world-wide. All orders shipping outside of the 48 continguous states including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands are subject to pay all shipping charges as well as any duties or taxes that may be charged by the destination country. Foreign shipping charges are not calculated on-line, you will be contacted by a customer service representitive with your estimated shipping charges after your order is received. You will not be charged and your order will not be shipped until you approve the shipping charges. WHERE DO I ENTER MY PROMO, COUPON OR SOURCE CODE? Once you have added an item to your shopping basket, click on the shopping basket icon in the upper right corner of the browser window. This will open the shopping basket view, enter the promo code in the provided field above your product and click submit. To see an illustration of this process click PROMO CODE HELP WHAT DOES "FOB" MEAN? FOB means Freight on Board, which means you will pay the shipping charge to send your merchandise from us to you. Please click on "Estimate Shipping" in the checkout area to get your estimated shipping charge. HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED? Most orders that are placed by noon are shipped the same day that you place your order when paid via credit card at the time the order is placed. MAY I RETURN AN ITEM IF I DO NOT LIKE IT? Returns on products that are in new, unused condition are accepted within 30 days of delivery. If you need to return or exchange an item, carefully re-pack the item along with a copy of your receipt or invoice. If the item is an exchange please include details of the item any size or color options that you prefer to receive in exchange. If you do not have a copy of your original receipt or invoice, or you wish to return an item that you believe may be defective or covered under a manufacturers warranty please call customer service at 1-800-321-2142 or email sales@bigdweb.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We do advise you to return your package via traceable carrier (FedEx, UPS or USPS Delivery Confirmation) as Big Dee’s Tack will not be responsible for lost, damaged or undelivered return packages. WHAT IF I NEED MY ORDER IMMEDIATELY? We ship via FedEx ground. If you need your order by a specific date, we offer expedited shipping and will give you a quote on freight. Please include a note with your order for us to do so and we will contact you with exact freight charges. WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED? We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, E-Check or Money Order. If you choose to pay be E-check please be aware that it may take 7-14 business for the e-check to clear, your order will not be shipped until the e-check clears. If you choose to pay by Money Order, please choose "Call me for payment" and we will contact you for exact information. MAY I PLACE MY ORDER ONLINE AND PAY BY CHECK? You may place an order and pay by traditional paper check. Simply place your order and when you get to the checkout, choose the form of payment 'Phone me for payment' and we will contact you with an order number confirmation and amount.
